Terms of service
Last updated 25 September 2026
These terms cover your use of tossithere. They are short on purpose. Using the service means you accept them.
The service
tossithere publishes HTML documents to links and collects comments on them. It is early software, offered as it is. Features may change and things may break.
Your account
You need an account for anything beyond a 24-hour anonymous document. Keep your session and API tokens to yourself. Anyone holding one can act as you, and we cannot tell the difference. Tell us at kushdaga1494@gmail.com if a token leaks and we will revoke it.
You must be at least 16 to use tossithere.
Your content
Your documents remain yours. You keep every right you had in them. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to store your documents, and to serve them to the people you have shared them with.
We do not read your documents, and we do not train anything on them. We access content only when you ask us to for support, or where the law requires it.
You are responsible for what you publish. Do not use tossithere to host malware or phishing pages, to publish material you have no right to publish, to publish content that is illegal or targets someone for harassment, or to attack the service or its other users. We may remove a document or suspend an account that does. Where we can, we will tell you why first.
Fees
The free tier is free. Pro and Team are monthly subscriptions at the prices shown on the pricing page and at checkout. Viewing and commenting are free on every plan.
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record: it charges your card, calculates and collects any sales tax or VAT, and issues your receipts and invoices, so its own checkout terms also apply to the purchase. A subscription renews every month until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time from the workspace’s settings; the plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and is not renewed after that. If a renewal payment fails, paid features pause until the payment method is updated. If you think you were charged in error, write to us and we will sort it out.
Each workspace has its own plan. Pro applies to your personal workspace, which only you can publish into. Team applies to one team workspace; it belongs to the team, not to the person who paid for it, and any admin of the team can manage it. A team on the free plan cannot add members. Prices are never per member. If we change a price, we will tell you before it applies to your next renewal.
Availability
There is no uptime guarantee. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the service. If we discontinue it, we will give account holders reasonable notice and a way to export their documents first.
Ending it
You can stop at any time and delete your documents from the app, or ask us to delete your account. We may terminate an account that breaks these terms, or with reasonable notice for any other reason.
Warranties and liability
The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost data or profits. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months or ten US dollars.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to account holders before they take effect, and the date at the top will change. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Delhi have jurisdiction, except where consumer law in your own country gives you the right to bring a claim there instead.
